You can now take private cooking classes with Seoyoung right here in Seoul! Learn about the fundamentals of Korean flavor and technique,from the basics of fermented seasonings to harmonizing flavors and ingredients. Small private classes for individuals or small groups up to 4 people can be arranged for half-day sessions. You can also include optional market tours to see all the vibrant fresh Korean ingredients in season.
Seoyoung brings her classical training from the Culinary Institute of America and years in NYC fine dining kitchens together with her training in Korean royal cuisine, years as an R&D chef at a Korean fermentation company and her upbringing in Gangwon-do with a mother who cooked three delicious meals a day. 🙂
